Biggs Property Management (“BPM”) is looking for a property manager to assist us with our exciting, new development in Fort Wayne which is targeted to those 18-25 who are aging out of the foster-care program, homeless, or at the risk of becoming homeless. The Courtyard is a state-of-the-art housing development that provides the opportunity for the tenants to take advantage of on-site amenities such as a commercial training kitchen, Wi-Fi technology throughout the building, arts & crafts room, computer training, well-being classes, urban garden area and a fitness room. On-site caseworkers, full supportive services and training classes will also be readily available to the tenants.
The property manager’s position will be approximately 32 hours a week. It’s an excellent working opportunity for someone who may be going back to school or working on obtaining their Master’s degree. Individual must be outgoing, friendly, possess excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience working with young adults or youth is preferred.
